Folk was launched in 2001 when London based designer Cathal Mcateer was given the opportunity to create a brand that he & his friends would wear. Folk makes classic clothing with meticulous attention to detail, quality & colour that maintain a playful, hand made feel. It's sister brand, Shofolk, has been around since 2004 & makes fantastic natural leather shoes in a small family owned Portugese factory. Each style is offered in quite a limited quantity.
